1. Ordering & Payment

FastPromo's website is minimal and functional, with a basic service listing and a straightforward purchase flow. No account creation is required, and the ordering process involves simply selecting a package, entering a post URL, and completing payment. The platform does not offer much in the way of filtering, customization, or package variety beyond the basics.

Payment options are limited to Visa and Mastercard — the narrowest selection in our entire top-10 ranking, tied with SocialBoosting. Users who rely on PayPal, Apple Pay, cryptocurrency, or Amex will need to use a different provider. The checkout itself completed without technical issues, but the narrow payment selection is a notable limitation in a market where most competitors offer at least three to four options.

2. Start Time

In our test, the first likes did not begin arriving until approximately 38 minutes after the order was placed — one of the longer initial delays we recorded across the full provider set. This places FastPromo firmly in the "Average" category for start time, with a noticeably slower response than the providers ranked above it.

Once delivery started, it was irregular and inconsistent — progressing slowly at first, then stalling for a period before picking up again in the later stages of the delivery window. This erratic pattern is a concern for users who expect steady, predictable delivery. FastPromo received a Start Time rating of 3.4/5.

3. Quality

The quality of likes delivered by FastPromo was below the standard we observed from the higher-ranked providers in our list. The accounts that engaged with our post were a mixed group — some had basic profile setups, while others showed limited activity. The overall quality was not exceptional, though it remains above many other providers we have tested outside of our published top 10.

Retention in the weeks following delivery was below average, with some drop-off observed. Our final count of 94 also fell short of the ordered 100 — a minor shortfall worth noting. FastPromo does not advertise a retention guarantee. Based on these factors, Quality was rated 3.3/5.

4. Support

We contacted FastPromo's support team twice during our review period. On the first occasion, we asked a pre-purchase question about their delivery method. On the second, we followed up after noticing the shortfall in our delivered count. Response times were slower than most providers we tested, and the replies were fairly brief. There is no live chat available, with support handled via a basic contact form. FastPromo received a Support rating of 3.2/5.

5. Final Verdict

FastPromo is the tenth-ranked provider in our current Instagram likes list, sitting at the lower end of the services we have reviewed and published. That said, it is worth noting that we have tested many providers outside of this top 10, and FastPromo still outperformed a number of them. Being listed in our top 10 at all reflects a baseline level of reliability that many services in this space do not meet.

Where FastPromo lags behind the higher-ranked providers is in delivery speed, like quality, payment flexibility, and support responsiveness. None of these are exceptional weaknesses on their own, but together they result in an overall experience that is below what users can expect from the services ranked above it. The minor underdelivery of 6 likes is also something worth bearing in mind.

With an Overall Rating of 3.4/5, FastPromo is a functional provider that covers the basics. For users with straightforward needs and no strong requirements around speed or quality tier, it may serve adequately — but most users will find a more complete experience with the providers ranked above it in our list.
