1. How We Rate an SMM Panel

An SMM panel is not the same as the retail SMM shops we review elsewhere on the site, so we do not score it the same way. A panel is a wholesale marketplace: shops and resellers top up a balance and buy from a catalogue that can run into thousands of services across dozens of platforms. Some of those buyers want premium quality, others want the cheapest option that technically works, so a panel has to stock every quality tier to serve them all. Testing every single service, or judging the panel on the quality of one of them, is simply not possible or fair.

That is why our panel categories are different. Instead of retention and profile looks, we focus on three things that actually matter to a reseller: do the listed services work, does the quality match how each service is described, and how good are support and the ordering experience.

2. Services - Do the Listed Services Work?

A panel's most important responsibility is also its most demanding: keeping every listed service in working order. For a reseller, nothing damages trust faster than paying for an order that never arrives. In a catalogue of several thousand services, some are always going to fail over time as the upstream providers behind them change or shut down, so no panel maintains a perfect record indefinitely. What sets a strong panel apart is a simple discipline: regularly testing its own catalogue and removing services that no longer work, rather than leaving inactive listings in place to keep taking orders. BulkFollows is well positioned in this respect. Established in 2013 and having processed more than 167 million orders, it brings a level of experience and stability that few competitors can match.

To measure this, we deposited $10 and placed 50 orders across a deliberately wide mix of platforms and categories rather than a single service. Forty-four delivered, one of the stronger results we have recorded, and every one of the six that failed was refunded straight back to our balance. The catalogue is vast and, it must be said, chaotically organised, but the search makes it workable: type what you need and it surfaces quickly. A large, proven catalogue with a strong delivery rate and clean refunds on the misses earns BulkFollows a Services score of 4.4/5.

3. Quality - Does the Description Match?

Many panels copy the upstream provider's description word for word without ever testing the service themselves. Providers like to label services "Real" or "Ad Views" whether or not that holds up, hoping the panel passes the claim straight through to its customers. A good panel tests first and labels second. So for quality we are not asking whether every service is premium; we are asking whether the label is honest: does a service sold as "Real" actually behave that way?

On the orders we sampled, the large majority matched their descriptions well, which is more than a lot of panels manage across a catalogue this size. There were exceptions, though. We came across a handful of services marked as "Real" that, based on what was actually delivered, should clearly have been labelled low quality instead. It is not widespread, but it does mean the labelling cannot be taken entirely at face value on every listing. That mostly-honest picture, with occasional lapses, puts Quality at 3.9/5.

4. Design & Ordering

BulkFollows holds an unusual place in panel history. It was one of the first to treat the interface itself as a priority, at a time when most panels simply ran, and still run, PerfectPanel's stock visual editor. For years that focus on a friendlier front end set it apart from the crowd.

The catch is that the priority has clearly faded. During testing we ran into rough edges an interface-first panel would once never have allowed: images that failed to load, and features that no longer worked properly, including an invoices function that was later removed entirely. The order page also uses its own custom layout rather than the familiar PerfectPanel design with the left-hand menu, which cuts both ways. It has character, but it takes a few minutes to find things that are identical across most other panels.

The clearest issue is a workflow one. To place an order you scroll down to the order box; submit it, and the page snaps back to the top, so the next order means scrolling all the way down again. Most resellers order through the API, but plenty still enter orders by hand, and for someone placing many of them that repeated scroll is a real, grinding annoyance. When a reseller can spend hours a day inside a panel, small frictions like this are exactly the details worth perfecting.

5. Support & Payment

Support reflects the kind of operation BulkFollows has always been: lean and hands-on rather than a large, layered company. For a long stretch the owner personally handled messages and negotiated new service listings with providers directly. In our testing support was competent and got the job done, but the small-team feel means it is not the fastest or most polished desk, and busier periods can show. That places Support at 3.7/5.

Payment, by contrast, is where BulkFollows is unambiguously ahead of the field. Where most panels have narrowed down to crypto and perhaps a single card option, BulkFollows offers an unusually wide range of ways to top up a balance, spanning many methods and currencies. For a reseller who needs flexibility, or who cannot rely on crypto alone, that breadth is a genuine, practical strength and one of the clearest reasons to choose it.

6. Final Verdict

BulkFollows is a veteran panel that still gets the essentials right. A huge, proven catalogue, a strong delivery rate and the widest payment options we have seen anywhere make it a dependable place to buy at scale. The trade-off is polish: the interface that once set it apart has been left to drift, with broken images, a removed feature or two, and an order flow that quietly punishes manual users.

None of that undoes its core strengths, but it does keep it just short of the top tier. With an Overall Rating of 4.0/5, BulkFollows is a solid, well-stocked choice, particularly for resellers who value payment flexibility and a battle-tested catalogue over a modern, frictionless interface.
