Working Services

A long catalogue means nothing if half of it is dead, so we place 50 orders on every panel and count how many services still deliver.

Honest Descriptions

A label only helps if it is true, so we compare what each service promises against what is actually delivered before we score it.

Transparent Pricing

We record minimum deposits and the rates you really pay, so the cheapest SMM panels can be judged on value instead of headline prices.

Support & Refunds

We open real tickets and track every failed order, because the best SMM panels refund what they cannot deliver and answer when it matters.

How do we make money?

Our goal is to create honest, data-driven rankings of the best SMM panels you can trust. We do not accept any payments or compensation from providers to influence their rankings or reviews. We do not use affiliate links. We only earn money through the sponsored placements shown above the rankings.

Important Notice

Using SMM services can breach the terms of the platforms they target. Everything listed here is used at your own risk. We do not own, operate or resell any of the panels in this ranking, and we accept no liability for the consequences of using them.

Quality Matters

The Impact of Choosing
the Wrong SMM Panel

Your panel is your supply chain, which is why finding the best SMM panels matters more than shaving a few cents off an order. Across 31 panels and more than 1500 orders, the same split kept showing up: platforms that quietly fix what breaks, and platforms that leave dead services listed and keep your money when an order fails.

A panel only ever shows you its shop window. Catalogue size, promises and polished design say nothing about what happens after you pay, so we judge every platform on delivered orders instead. When a panel fails, your customers never hear about the panel. They hear about you.

Weak SMM Panels

Cheap Today, Costly Tomorrow

Some panels bled us slowly through dead services and unrefunded orders. Others simply vanished with our deposit. Both cost you money, and both are avoidable if you know the signs.

Panels that vanish with your balance still on deposit
Dead services left listed for months
Failed orders that are never refunded
Descriptions that oversell what arrives
Copy-paste support, or none at all
Requests for your account password
VS
Strong SMM Panels

Reliable Supply, Sustainable Business

The panels that scored well shared the same habits: they prune what breaks, refund what fails without being chased, and describe services honestly enough to order blind.

A verifiable track record, not a brand-new domain
Broken services removed, not left collecting orders
Every failed order refunded, usually automatically
Labels that match what actually gets delivered
Support that answers the question you asked
A low minimum deposit so you can test before you commit

JustAnotherPanel

4.4 Verified
Best for: overall range and reliability
Min. deposit $10
4.4 Very Good

JustAnotherPanel is the oldest and highest-volume panel we tested, and it earns the top spot in our ranking. In our sampling test we deposited $10 and placed 50 orders across a deliberately wide mix of platforms, including Chinese, Russian and Thai services, and 47 of the 50 delivered, with every failed order refunded in full. Its real strength is a catalogue that reaches platforms most competitors never touch, combined with the discipline to deactivate dead services rather than leaving them live to take orders. The quality labelling is honest overall but inconsistent across a catalogue this size, so two similar services can be described very differently. Support was the biggest surprise: even at hundreds of thousands of orders a day, replies came quickly and handled genuinely technical questions well. The interface is dated and some services took over 24 hours to start, but for reliability, coverage and support at scale it is the most dependable wholesale panel on the list.

Pros

Huge multi-platform catalogue, including regional platforms
47 of 50 delivered, all failures refunded
Fast, knowledgeable support at scale

Cons

Dated interface and inconsistent quality labels
Some services slow to start (24h+)

Followiz

4.2 Verified
Best for: a modern dashboard and fair refunds
Min. deposit $2
4.2 Very Good

Followiz is one of the oldest names in the panel scene, now relaunched with a noticeably cleaner, more modern dashboard than most competitors. In our test 40 of 50 services delivered, and every one of the ten failures was refunded straight back to our balance. A standout feature is the Popularity indicator shown on each service, which makes it easy to tell the battle-tested options from the ones drifting toward abandonment. The quality descriptions held up well against what was actually delivered. Ordering runs on the familiar PerfectPanel base, though the service selection adds an unnecessary step, platform then group then category then service, that experienced resellers will notice. Support was fast and professional. The one real limitation is payment, since Followiz accepts crypto only, which shuts out resellers who need cards. What sets it apart is trust: when the panel once wound down, it did so transparently and refunded every customer, which is genuinely rare in this industry.

Pros

Modern, clean dashboard
All failed orders refunded in full
Popularity signal plus an honest track record

Cons

Crypto-only payment
Extra step in service selection

Peakerr

4.2 Verified
Best for: balance of price and stability
Min. deposit $2
4.2 Very Good

Peakerr is a long-running panel, operating since 2016, that gets the fundamentals right at a competitive price. In our sampling test 42 of 50 services delivered, and the failures were refunded in full. Its descriptions were among the most honest we encountered: premium-labelled services behaved like premium services, and budget options were presented plainly rather than dressed up as something better. Ordering runs on the standard PerfectPanel flow with no unnecessary detours, and support was reliable and competent, if not the single fastest we dealt with. A real advantage over many rivals is payment flexibility, as Peakerr still accepts Visa and Mastercard alongside crypto, which matters for resellers who cannot or will not pay in crypto. The catalogue is smaller than the giants, but for reliable delivery, honest labelling and genuine value it is an easy panel to recommend.

Pros

Competitive pricing with honest descriptions
Accepts cards and crypto
42 of 50 delivered, failures refunded

Cons

Support solid but not the fastest
Smaller catalogue than the giants

SMMPanel

4.1 Verified
Best for: honest quality ratings and no-account checkout
Min. deposit $1
4.1 Very Good

SMMPanel is a young panel, founded in 2025, taking a genuinely different approach. Its standout feature is an account-free checkout: you can buy Instagram likes and pay directly in USDC without ever logging in or funding a balance, which opens it up to end customers rather than only resellers. In our test 46 of 50 services delivered, with the failures refunded. Quality is its strongest area: instead of a hundred chaotic versions of each service, categories hold just a handful, each with a clear 1-to-5 star quality rating, and after testing we would rate almost every service exactly as SMMPanel already does. The catalogue is smaller than the established giants but covers every major platform and is cleanly organised. The clear weak points are its youth: support answers every ticket but visibly lacks years of experience, and payment is crypto only. There is a lot of potential here for a panel this new.

Pros

Honest 1-to-5 star quality system
Account-free USDC checkout
46 of 50 delivered, failures refunded

Cons

Support still inexperienced
Crypto-only payment

BulkFollows

4 Verified
Best for: payment flexibility and catalogue size
Min. deposit $1
4 Very Good

BulkFollows is a veteran panel, founded in 2013 with more than 167 million orders behind it, and it offers the widest range of payment options we saw anywhere. In our test 44 of 50 services delivered and every failure was refunded. Its catalogue is enormous and, while chaotically organised, the search makes it easy to find what you need. The descriptions mostly matched what was delivered, though we did find a few services marked as 'Real' that should clearly have been labelled low quality. It was one of the first panels to prioritise a user-friendly interface, but that priority has faded: we ran into images that did not load and features that no longer worked, and the custom order page throws you back to the top after each order, which makes manual bulk ordering tedious. Support is competent but reflects a lean team. For payment flexibility and a battle-tested catalogue it keeps its place in the top five, even if the polish has slipped.

Pros

Huge, battle-tested catalogue (167M+ orders)
Widest payment options on the list
44 of 50 delivered, failures refunded

Cons

Neglected interface and clunky manual ordering
A handful of services mislabelled

SMMCost

4 Verified
Best for: scale and a huge low-cost catalogue
Min. deposit $1
4 Very Good

SMMCost is young, founded in 2022, but its daily order volume already places it among the three largest panels in the industry. Behind that scale sits a catalogue of more than 9,000 services, so large that organising it properly is effectively impossible, though the search cuts through the chaos quickly. We expected a mess and were surprised: 42 of our 50 orders delivered. Refunds on the failures were uneven, some credited automatically and others only after we raised a ticket, but every one was eventually returned. The descriptions largely matched what arrived, with only a handful described more generously than the result justified. The website design is genuinely poor, which is striking given how easy PerfectPanel makes a clean layout, but for a wholesale tool that matters less than delivery and price. Support is slow and unpolished yet answered everything, and card payments alongside crypto are a real plus.

Pros

Among the largest panels by daily order volume
9,000+ services with a search that actually works
Visa, Mastercard and AMEX accepted alongside crypto

Cons

Poor website design and chaotic catalogue
Refunds sometimes need chasing through support

SMMXZ

3.8 Verified
Best for: beginners and first-time resellers
Min. deposit $1
3.8 Good

SMMXZ takes the opposite approach to most panels. Where the competition optimises for density and speed, SMMXZ is built around simplicity: a bright, colourful interface that walks you through each step of an order almost like a tutorial. For anyone new to SMM panels that removes the learning curve entirely, though experienced resellers may find the hand-holding unnecessary. In our test 41 of 50 services delivered, a reasonable middle-of-the-pack result, and all failures were refunded, several only after we contacted support. Descriptions were mostly accurate, but we did find a few services that were plainly described wrong, so not every listing can be taken at face value. Support is the weak point: replies are slow, and it rewards patience rather than urgency, though every question was answered in the end. Payment is unusually broad, with Western Union alongside cards and crypto, which helps buyers in regions where those are hard to access.

Pros

Bright, genuinely beginner-friendly interface
Guided, tutorial-style ordering process
Western Union accepted alongside cards and crypto

Cons

Slow support that needs patience
A few services clearly described wrong

DripFeedPanel

3.7 Verified
Best for: a battle-tested catalogue and broad payment options
Min. deposit $1
3.7 Good

DripFeedPanel has been running since 2018 and has more than 16 million orders behind it, which counts for a lot in an industry where panels disappear constantly. Its catalogue holds around 6,000 services, and 40 of the 50 orders we placed delivered. All ten failures were refunded, though several only after we raised them with support. Descriptions were mostly reliable, with a few services delivering below what their listing suggested. The landing page is the weakest thing about it, dated and rough enough to send a first-time visitor to a competitor, but that impression is misleading: log in and the dashboard is noticeably cleaner and more capable than the front door suggests. Support is the softer spot, slow and occasionally generic, needing more back-and-forth than it should. Payment is a genuine strength, with cards, AMEX, bank transfer and crypto all accepted.

Pros

Battle-tested since 2018 with 16M+ orders
Dashboard far better than the landing page suggests
Cards, AMEX, bank transfer and crypto accepted

Cons

Poor landing page and dated first impression
Slow support and refunds that need chasing

SMMRaja

3.7 Verified
Best for: a polished dashboard and spend tracking
Min. deposit $1
3.7 Good

SMMRaja has been operating since 2015 and has processed over 300 million orders, one of the highest totals of any panel we have reviewed, across a catalogue of roughly 6,000 services. The dashboard is among the best we have used: modern, well organised and easy to navigate, with daily, weekly and monthly spending charts that give a proper overview of what you are putting through the panel. Service descriptions held up well too, with only a small number we would have worded differently. The problem is upkeep. Only 38 of our 50 orders delivered, which is below where a panel with this much history should sit, and it points to inactive services being left listed rather than removed. Every failure was refunded, though several needed a ticket first, and support was slow enough that resolving them took more messages than it should have.

Pros

Modern, well-organised dashboard
Daily, weekly and monthly spend charts
300M+ orders and honest service descriptions

Cons

Only 38 of 50 delivered, dead services left listed
Slow support and refunds that need chasing

Top4SMM

3.5 Verified
Best for: buying without creating an account
Min. deposit $1
3.5 Good

Top4SMM is one of the oldest names still trading, launched in 2011, and it has used that time to build something genuinely different. Alongside the usual wholesale panel it lets visitors order without an account at all, so someone who is not a reseller can buy Instagram likes or YouTube views and check out without registering or funding a balance. It is a hybrid of SMM shop and panel, executed well, with one of the best landing pages we have reviewed. As a wholesale panel, though, it falls short. Only two Instagram likes options were listed and the highest quality tier available was labelled Medium-High, so the full low-to-high range resellers need simply is not there, and prices sit above the competition. Of our 50 orders, 40 delivered and all failures were refunded, some after contacting support. Quality is the real weakness: several services fell well short of their descriptions.

Pros

Excellent landing page and account-free checkout
Hybrid shop and panel model done well
PayPal accepted alongside cards and crypto

Cons

Narrow catalogue with no true high-quality tier
Several services fell short of their descriptions

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What buyers ask most about SMM panels, how our ranking is built and how we test each platform.

?What is an SMM panel?

A wholesale marketplace for social media services. You top up a balance and order from a catalogue of followers, likes and views. Most panels do not produce those services themselves, they resell from upstream suppliers.

?Are SMM panels safe to use?

The service itself is low risk, but the panel you pick matters. Buying engagement can breach a platform's rules, so use gradual delivery, keep orders proportional to the account and never rely on it as your only growth channel.

?Is using an SMM panel legal?

In most countries there is no law against buying social media engagement, so it is not a criminal matter. It can still break the terms of service of Instagram, YouTube or TikTok, and a platform may remove the engagement or restrict the account.

?Will a panel ever ask for my password?

No. A legitimate panel only needs the public link to your profile or post. Any site asking for login details is a red flag, and no service in this market has a technical reason to need them.

?How do we test and rank SMM panels?

We deposit our own money and place 50 orders on every panel across different platforms. We count how many listed services still deliver, check whether the delivered quality matches the description, and test support and the refund process.

?Why do prices differ so much between panels?

Because almost every panel resells from the same upstream suppliers. What changes is the markup, how many middlemen sit in the chain, and whether a panel quietly buys a cheaper tier than the one it advertises.

?How much does it cost to start?

Minimum deposits across our ranking sit between $1 and $10, so testing a panel costs very little. Start with one small order on a cheap service before you move a working balance across.

?What is drip-feed, and when should I use it?

Drip-feed spreads an order over hours or days instead of delivering everything at once, for example 100 followers a day for ten days. It resembles organic growth more closely and is the safer option on new or small accounts.

?What is a refill guarantee, and does it work?

A refill covers natural drop-off inside a set window, often 30 days, and tops the order back up at no cost. It works on panels that actually honour it, which is one of the things our testing checks. No service can honestly promise zero drop forever.

?What is a child panel?

A child panel is a ready-made, branded panel running on a larger panel's catalogue. You set your own prices and your customers buy from you, while the parent panel fulfils every order in the background.

?Does SMMChecker accept payment for better rankings?

No. Every position comes from our own paid test orders, and no panel can buy a place or influence a score. Sponsored placements, where they exist, are labelled as sponsored and kept out of the ranking.

?Which SMM panel should I choose?

It depends what you need it for. The top of our ranking is the safest pick for all-round reliability, and the individual reviews point to panels that suit a specific need such as card payment, a beginner-friendly interface or the widest catalogue.

SMMChecker is an independent review site. We test and rank third-party providers based on our own orders; we don't sell these services or control their quality. Buying engagement may breach the terms of the platforms it targets, and results are never guaranteed.
