JustAnotherPanel Review
An independent look at JustAnotherPanel, one of the oldest and highest-volume SMM panels. We sampled services across many platforms to see how much of the catalogue actually works, whether quality matches the labels, and how support and ordering hold up.

Our Sampling Test
A panel can't be judged on a single order, so we deposited $10 and placed 50 orders across different platforms and categories to see how many listed services actually deliver.

1. How We Rate an SMM Panel
An SMM panel is not the same as the retail SMM shops we review elsewhere on the site, so we do not score it the same way. A panel is a wholesale marketplace: shops and resellers top up a balance and buy from a catalogue that can run into thousands of services across dozens of platforms. Some of those buyers want premium quality, others want the cheapest option that technically works, so a panel has to stock every quality tier to serve them all. Testing every single service, or judging the panel on the quality of one of them, is simply not possible or fair.
That is why our panel categories are different. Instead of retention and drop rate, we focus on three things that actually matter to a reseller: do the listed services work, does the quality match how each service is described, and how good are support and the ordering experience.
2. Services - Do the Listed Services Work?
This is the single most important job of a panel, and the hardest. Nothing is more frustrating for a shop than paying for a service that never arrives. When you list thousands of services, some will inevitably break as upstream providers change or disappear, so no panel is ever at 100 percent. The difference between a good and a bad panel is whether it actively tests its catalogue and delists services that stop working, rather than leaving dead entries in place to take orders that go nowhere.
To gauge this, we deposited $10 and placed as many orders as we could across a deliberately wide mix of platforms and categories, not just Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, but also Chinese, Russian, Thai and other regional platforms. We can't test everything, but of the services in our sample almost all delivered. Some took over 24 hours to start, which is slower than we would like, but they did complete. Crucially, when a service is genuinely broken here, it gets deactivated rather than left live, and every one of the orders that did fail was refunded back to our balance. That maintenance discipline, paired with clean refunds on the misses, is why JustAnotherPanel earns a Services score of 4.7/5.

3. Quality - Does the Description Match?
Many panels copy the upstream provider's description word for word without ever testing the service themselves. Providers love to label services "High Quality" or "Ad Views" whether or not that is true, hoping the panel passes the claim straight through to its customers. A good panel tests the service and decides for itself how to describe it. So for quality we do not ask whether every service is premium, we ask whether the label is honest: if a service says "High Quality", is it high quality? If it says "Low Quality", is it genuinely the cheap tier?
On the services we tested, the descriptions mostly held up and matched what was delivered, which is better than most panels manage. The weak point is consistency: the quality labelling across the catalogue is confusing and not applied in a uniform way, so two similar services can be described very differently. It works, but it asks more of the buyer than it should. That balance of honest-but-inconsistent labelling puts Quality at 4.4/5.
4. Support & Ordering
JustAnotherPanel is one of the oldest SMM panels around and has for years been the panel with the highest daily order volume in the industry, running into the hundreds of thousands of orders a day. The design is not the most modern, but the site is fully functional and the ordering flow is simple: deposit funds, then place orders. Anyone who has used a PerfectPanel-based site before will feel at home immediately.
Support was the real surprise. Even at that scale, replies came quickly. On some questions you can tell you are getting a pre-written template, but in our case the template genuinely answered what we asked. More importantly, on the technical questions that need real, platform-specific knowledge, the team was able to help without trouble. Fast, competent and accessible support at this volume is not a given, and it earns a Support score of 4.1/5.

5. Platform Coverage & Regional Restrictions
The catalogue is genuinely huge and spans far more than the usual Western platforms. What caught our attention is that when we connected through a European VPN, the Spotify, YouTube, SoundCloud and Deezer categories disappeared entirely. Support told us to connect from outside Europe to see them.
There is a clear reason for that. In April 2025, Brazilian authorities, through the São Paulo cybercrime unit Cyber Gaeco and backed by the global record-industry body IFPI and Pro-Música Brasil, obtained a court order blocking JustAnotherPanel across Brazil over stream manipulation. The music industry has been applying steady pressure on services that sell streams, and restricting music-streaming categories in certain regions appears to be part of the panel's response. We mention it not to single this panel out, since the same legal climate affects any platform selling streams, but so buyers understand why those categories may not appear and can plan accordingly.
6. Final Verdict
JustAnotherPanel earns its place at the top of our SMM panel ranking. It is old, enormous and battle-tested, with a catalogue that reaches platforms most competitors do not touch. More importantly, it does the one thing that matters most for a panel well: the services it lists actually deliver, and dead services are removed rather than left to take your money.
It is not flawless. The design is dated, some services are slow to start, and the quality labelling across the catalogue is inconsistent enough that you need to know what you are ordering. But delivery reliability and genuinely strong support at this scale outweigh those issues for most resellers.
With an Overall Rating of 4.4/5, JustAnotherPanel is a dependable wholesale choice, especially if you need broad multi-platform coverage and value services that are actually kept working over a prettier interface.
